After buying the property in 2011, the hosts soon realised the beauty of the landscape was too beautiful not to share. The birth of Lilli Pilli Sublime was to offer guests and holiday-makers a destination that offered tropical tranquillity and a destination of luxury, comfort and style.
The seaside retreat is located with only a 300 meter walk to the beach just outside the township of Batemans Bay - three hours south of Sydney and two hours from Canberra.The hosts made an emphasis on making the Lilli Pilli retreat embody the values of Luxury, Comfort and Style, with the beautiful surrounds and seaside experience being the perfect sea getaway for people escaping city life.

Our prices account for one to four guests. A surcharge may apply for over 4 guests and property can accommodate maximum of 8 guests (including children). They are subject to change without notice and are confirmed once we've received a booking form and deposit. First off, let's be clear that there's absolutely nothing wrong with coming to Lilli Pilli Sublime for some downtime. If lazy days lounging around in a beautiful house are what you're after, you're perfectly placed to recharge your batteries and escape the daily grind. But if you're up for a bit of adventure and excitement, you'll find the Eurobodalla Coast and Batemans Bay positively brimming with opportunities for activity and wonder.
This wonderful holiday home was set up for a perfect family getaway. It was the little things, like suppling plenty of beach towels and bags, coffee and chocolate pods, every kitchen gadget imaginable and plenty of games for the children (and adults). Just a short stroll to the beach - we will be back for sure!
Our family of 8 had a fantastic time at this lovely property. It was very spacious and we all loved the house and the deck. Everything was provided for which we really appreciated from dog towels and coffee pods to a full pantry. There were two large fridges in the house which was very handy! The check in process was very smooth and we appreciated the early check-in and late check-out.

This beautiful home ticked all the boxes as a family of 6. There’s plenty of space to spread out and truly get to feel like you are at ‘your’ home. The kids loved the rumpus room with all of the toys. Hubby and I loved the lounge room with its little heater fire place. So cosy in there.
The beds were very comfy, water pressure was amazing in the shower (nice and hot too!) and every room was well equipped with all the necessities of life to make everything so stress free andminimal fuss.
