Dr Rinku Raj is a male doctor at Active Medical Centre who has worked as a GP in Melbourne's west for over 15 years following from extensive experience working in UK hospitals. Dr Raj enjoys providing preventative and ongoing care to all patients and as well as utilising his skills in emergency medicine, Dr Raj's special interests include men's health, mental health, chronic disease, geriatric health, minor procedures and joint injections.

Dr Isaac Lin undoubtedly is a good doctor, but he needs better time management. My kids and I went to the clinic 10 mins before our appointment time, been waiting for an hour. Only seen Dr Lin once calling another patient name. I asked the receptionist if my appointment is checked in or not, and was told there were still 2 more patients before my kid's turn!! Everyone's time value the same. I understand there is always something expected happened, but If you can't follow the time slot, what is the point for patients to make appointment in advance?

I hope your not on the verge of dying when calling Active medical center because they don't answer the phone. I've even gone in there and called them from there just to make sure, they are not busy at all, just stupidly lazy people. Its frustrating on the phone calling and calling, NO stars from me, just do your job of answering the phones or get another job. Seya 😡😡😡😡😡

Very bad experience with the reception. They don’t have any idea about online bookings, confused and made me wait for nearly 2 hours after confirming my booking with a particular doctor at the reception then after waiting so long doctor said she doesn’t know we have a booking with her then we have to reschedule the appointment another day.
We have been living caroline spring for the past 21 years and never visited this clinic and first time visit with frustrating experience

I have been a patient of active medical centre for 4 years. The GP’s advices and treatments are good, and the service is fine (at least it is average a year ago)
But today’s experience with reception is totally a disaster. The young lady named Elena ruined my Christmas because of her unprofessional behaviour as an receptionist and her extremely bad attitude.
The doctor we booked was kind of busy today, and ran behind for 40mins and more. The normal session is 15 mins each, that means at least 8 patients before us have used their time up and put off 5 mins more (which is very abnormal). So

Extremely helpful medical receptionists who are quick and efficient.
Highly recommend Dr Raj as the most dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate doctor who wears his heart on his sleeve.
Dr Raj does not rush his patients and has a lot of patience himself, he clearly pays attention to everything that is being said to him.
Dr Raj without a doubt is one of the most knowledgeable doctors that clearly knows what he is doing, you can definitely trust him with your life!

One of the best clinics I’ve been to; current doctor Dr. Isaac Lin is just the most genuine, thorough and considerate doctor with a wonderful rapport with patients who actually takes the time to talk to you. I Never feel rushed or unheard and I can honestly say that about every doctor that I have been seen by at this clinic. Moving to SE suburbs soon and I will still travel to the clinic for all non emergency matters.

The wait times are beyond ridiculous - I once waited for 2hrs and then ended up leaving without seeing the doctor. Another occasion I booked the first appointment of the day (8am) to ensure I was seen on time. Well the doctor I had booked with didn't even arrive at the clinic until 8.05 and was then not ready to see me until 8.15.
The doctor quality is hit and miss, I've had both great experiences and below average experiences there
