This is a bulk bill general practice with a number of allied health support such as Physiotherapy, Chiro, Dietitian, Podiatory. We are linked with Dorevitch Pathology for blood tests. Most of the time our practice nurse takes blood. Please call us before visiting for Blood tests. We charge private fees from all patients for driver's and employment related Health Examination.
Chiropractors diagnose, treat and prevent mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal systemand the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. Chiropractors offer services relating to a range of musculoskeletal conditions, such as back pain, neck pain and headache.
Develop personalised eating plans that consider medical conditions and personal circumstances. Provide information on healthy eating, shopping for food, eating out and preparing food at home. Provide consultancy services to corporate organisations, food manufacturers, schools and health care facilities.
We understand that not every patient can attend a dental appointment during normal working hours. That's why we are open bit late in the evenings. We also understand that patients who are genuinely in a dental emergency need priority attention. That's why we try to keep some space available in the appointment books every day for patients with a dental emergency.
Cassie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise & Sport Science Australia (ESSA) who graduated from an initial Undergraduate Degree in Exercise & Sport Science and later a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2015, at Federation University in Ballarat. As an Exercise Physiologist, Cassie's goal is to educate the community to improve or maintain health through the implementation or adherence of an exercise routine.

I think they need to improve their time management and respect the fact that patients also have jobs and other things to do.
Dropped down another star today... patients with confirmed appointments (even confirmed by SMS from Clinic one day earlier) learnt on arrival that doc is on leave ..... no calls, no SMS, no apologies.. highly unprofessional!!

I urgently pulled out our family's file and have them transferred to another medical centre after a very bad discussion with the manager this afternoon. He didn't even understand the entire situation why I was there and had the nerve to speak to me in a very condescending way. He should have pulled me somewhere discreet to talk about the concern but ended up talking to me in the reception area where everyone could hear us. The feedback about them being a money-grabbing medical centre is entirely true as well. It's just a shame I like one of the GPs there but didn't bat an eyelash to move out after

The reception never answer the phone and leave on hold for way too long! Customer service is shocking! Dr. Elena is really good and is the only reason why I gave them 2 stars
After reading the response to my review I have chosen to lower my rating to 1 star. The original review was written months ago and since then nothing has changed by way of improving ccustomer service, its an absolute joke! Nothing but excuses have been provided below. How about getting more staff on the front desk?!!

Was asked to see a doctor after a covid vaccine for my healthy teenager so they can charge medicare $38 for a visit since the vaccine is free.
When i questioned this they said the practice manager will call me to discuss.
According to the practice manager apparently that is how they can afford to pay their nurses. He was very rude as i questioned this practice given the vaccine is free at all places. Money making business practice.
I have given them the opportunity to speak to me but after a rude phone call from the practice manager who said 'dont come back here anymore or bring your kids here

Very unhappy with our experience with Dr Aslam in particular.
Receptionists, nurses and other doctors are wonderful. They are 5 stars as they actually care and listen to the patient.
But Dr Aslam needs to learn how to speak decently with patients and reception staff and also that every symptom doesn't mean people have covid; we had negative test which was told to her but she still push us out the door. What's the point of being doctor if u not going to provide basic service.
We will definitely return to our usual doctor who is much better (but was fully booked out on the day we came to supernova

Arrived at this clinic after waiting 6 hours in an emergency department, all of the staff were absolutely lovely and thoughtful with their care and were able to apply treatment within a couple of minutes of walking into the door. Can't express how grateful I am for the dedication of care for what was becoming a nightmare. Thank you so much!

Me and my partner have been visiting Supernova clinic for over a year and have had a great experience with Dr. Humera, Dr. Elina and Dr. Ankit Kumar. Dr. Humera is my go to GP and she is really kind, compassionate and very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. The reception staff is also very helpful in-spite of how busy the clinic is. Only thing to improve is long wait times (have had to wait over an hour at times). But otherwise highly recommended.

Supernova medical centre is one of the best place wyndham council in particular in Tarneit, Truganina, and Hoppers Crossing. It is very close to Wyndham Village shopping mall. Doctors and allied heath such Physio, massage therapist and others are great. They bulk bill and support people as maximum as possible. Doctors are very thorough and caring. Their waiting times are very less as compared to others.You wouldn’t find a better healthcare provider than Supernova medical. I would strongly recommend this place. thanks
