We consulted Angelowitsch & Associates in regards to a Land Title transfer between family members that was not completed correctly nearly 20 years ago. The matter became quite messy and drawn out because of the lack of any official records kept by the SRO and Land Titles Office. Through some persistent effort by A&A, they were able to fully resolve the Land Transfer between family members, and literally saved our family 50k in transfer and duty fees by navigating through a loop hole that we may not have found if it weren't for their expertise.

We came to know Jeremy from our broker. I can say that he is a reliable and meticulous conveyancer that strives to be responsive as best as he can. He even replies to our queries even at midnight.
