With one-on-one training with a personal trainer at KO, the focus is on you and you alone. Our facilities are not crowded - in other words, not your typical gym. Everyone knows your name and where you receive the one-on-one exercise, nutrition and coaching sessions you need to succeed. Targets and improves all aspects of physical health, strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness results!.
Specifically designed to have the biggest impact possible on changing how your body looks, works and moves. It is well a well-known fact that to achieve great results, to need to be working with a personal trainer 2-3 times per week. Our number one priority was to help more people access the personal training (PT) experience without the price tag.
Exercise Physiologists are university trained allied health professionals that have a unique skill set in prescribing exercise to individuals with injuries, chronic disease and disability. An exercise physiologist will provide safe and effective exercise interventions based on your individual needs, promoting quality of life and overall health and well-being.
Remedial massage is an effective, science - based approach to healthcare with a vast evidential base of effectiveness, in a range of conditions which are varied. Remedial massage involves a role in healthcare maintenance and preventative medicine. Clients who present for massage therapy without symptoms are somewhat surprised when they feel the ropiness of fibrotic tissues or the tightness of a muscle being stretched.

I have been training at KO for approx. 4 years. The programs are interesting & varied and change from week to week.
KO have been able to create a personalized program that works for my wrist & knee issues. The staff and other members are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend K.O Lifestyle & Fitness.

Great place full of friendly faces and helpful staff. As a returning client (having trained with KO a number of years ago and retuning after time off raising my family) it’s wonderful to see the same welcoming vibe and family feel still thrive in the studio. The studio itself is well equipped with everything you could ask for and the trainers are well educated and caring for each of their clients needs and goals. I highly recommend KO Lifestyle and Fitness for anyone looking for an inclusive, friendly training studio.

Highly recommend!! Incredible trainers who are all supportive and have different training styles which keeps every workout interesting and fun. My favourite part is the people! I've made some incredible friends in the few years I've been training at KO. I've been a member at many gyms and NONE of them have a vibe like KO. Love it!!

I have been going to KO lifestyle and fitness for just over 3 years now. I am not an exerciser by any means but and I have many gym membership in my adult life and the wer all cancelled after a few months.
All the trainers and attendees hold you accountable for your attendance at KO. They will find you and stalk you (in a good way) to make sure you're ok and get your bumb back to training.
I have made so many friends and leave every day feeling amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!

I started at KO Lifestyle & Fitness doing a 28 day challenge. I found all the people and trainers to be very friendly and welcoming.
I had previously trained at gyms before KO and there is no comparison. Everyone is eager to help people who are new and there is no judgement on experience. People are not competing with each other but will help push you to exceed your limits.

I've been at KO for about 2 months. I absolutely love the group PT sessions. They are challenging and fun. I'm seeing results very quickly and I feel so much more energized. Exercising with others motivates me and I love the way we support each other and push each other along. I've also got an amazing PT who a see once a week and keeps me on track with my personal goals. The instructors are highly qualified, friendly and motivating. Their sessions are well planned and cater for all levels. I've been attending fitness fitness facilities for over 20 years. I can honestly say that I've never found

I have been going here since July and I just love it! Great classes and awesome trainers who help you every step of the way. I get the help I need with all my injuries and feel very supported in my fitness journey. Highly recommend over any other gym. I have now started PT with James who is helping me to further achieve my goals.
