Referred to Zoe from a friend to have a look at my high arches which were causing me all sort of grief not being able to run for 2 + years, chronic hamstring problems, hip and lower back pain constantly. Zoe filmed me walking and could see straight away the problem so had some inner soles fitted up perfectly. After one week of wearing was back to running and back pain had gone and other problems gradually disappearing. Could not recommend enough about Zoe and her knowledge, has me feeling like I’m 21 again.

My wife visited Footsure 12 months ago for leg and foot problems. She had seen doctors, massages all to no avail. It took 3 visits to footsure to correct her issues. She then told me to go, I resisted, thinking nothing could help me. I tried Plasma injections, massages, pain killer meds and lotions all didn't help.

I first went and saw Ben due to an overuse injury from running. After seeing Ben my foot quickly recovered and I was back running in no time. Due to a fall while running I have since developed a weakness in one foot which has lead to reoccuring injury. After diagnosing the problem Ben has been able to successively get me back running pain free more and more quickly each time and suggested exercises and strategies to rebuild its strength and stability in the longer term. Highly recommended!

I was having some foot issues after a big block of running training. Ben quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and then gave me some great strategies to address it whilst allowing me to continue training. The problem then rapidly improved and went away over the next 10 days. Very professional and efficient service.
