All Property is the local independent Real Estate agency in Gatton and the Lockyer Valley that is owned and operated by Kylie Hallas (JP Qual). Kylie has been in Real Estate since 1999 and is the Principal of All Property servicing all areas of sales and property management in the Valley. Together our team has a collective of over 60 years experience in the local industry.
All Property have been looking after my interests as a landlord for a couple of investment properties in Gatton for several years. I am kept well informed as to property condition & tenancy, which is important to me as I work away from the Lockyer Valley region.
Selection of tenants for my properties has been first class with my choice always made difficult by the quality of applicants presented; because All Property communicate well & understand my requirements, a potential buyer was presented to me for one of my properties that wasn't officially on the market recently; this resulted in a sale.This couldn't have come at a better time for my circumstances.

I have nothing but praise for the team at All Property Real Estate Gatton. They are professionals in the true sense of the word and go above and beyond to make your journey with them a troublefree one. After purchasing our rental property through them in 2011 they were our property managers until we sold the property in 2021. Inspections on the property were carried out regularly and repairs organised promptly.
