My property manager Marika and the team at The Real Estate people are very professional and easy to rent through. In my 10 years of renting I’ve never had such an easy and hassle free bond refund process. Also whenever I’ve needed to pop into the office the team are always so genuinely positive and happy to help. Would highly recommend renting through this agency!

I would highly recommend The Real Estate People. They have both managed property for me and sold a property for me and I have found them professional and very prompt in responding. Routine inspections are always completed and very detailed reports are sent through to me, lease renewals are completed with plenty of notice and they constantly updating me on legislation and market trends. I trust them implicitly and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had an amazing agent from them who was Sarah Latcham. But when she left and our property was and is with another agent to look after, she has so far done a horrible service for us. So little updates and communication to what's happening to our home and to how it's maintained and if the tenants bills are paid timely. And so many excuses on their behalf to what's been done to the property.

I was a tenant of Angela for about 9 months, hands down the best property manager i have ever had. Hassle free and responsive for everything that I needed. When leaving the property, this real estate was fair and very quick to release bond. Very very good bunch of people, cannot speak highly enough.
