David is the Principal of Young Real Estate and has over 50 years of sales and service experience in South East Queensland. He has been selling Real Estate in the Toowoomba region since 1991 and opened the doors to Young Real Estate in 2002.

Carly is an Absolutely rude person. Multiple occasions I have her on record screaming at me simply for bringing a issue to light about the property. Unprofessional to call a client a liar, annoying and countless of other things. Rent from other realtors who actually care about there clients. I'm going to be taking this to The Department Of Fair Trade. Dodgy, unprofessional and down right robbery.

Please do not trust that real estate because they have been offering real poor housing room.
My rent unit was real bad living place for over 40 years old without any repairing. every day, you can see a lot of cockroach everywhere. the FLOOR CARPET in the bedroom has been old and could not use for human living as there are many insect every where. I had to use insect sprays to do them every 2-3 days with insect attack. I told them to do repair but they did not do anythings.
the fridge could not be used by human.
the whole unit has been real old and could not offer for human living. I have spoke

Honestly the worst I have had to deal with ever!!! I had rented through them and there where multiple times my emails where going straight to the bin for no reason. My phone number was blocked as well as my partners and I know this because I would call of my phone and the line was busy then I would call off my works phone and what would you know they answered straight away I could understand this being a once off thing but this happend so many times . They would never fix anything I asked them to until I had to threaten them with legal action because the house was unliveable. None of them know

I went through them almost 2 years ago and I'm still getting stuffed around by them to this day... I'm trying to get a place through other real estates and they keep telling me that I'm not getting accepted for properties, because young won't answer their calls, so they're holding me back and I've complained about this to them on a few occasions before!
