I have had a pretty traumatic last six weeks - as anyone looking for a rental property in these times can relate to. Kara Asgill displays a compassion and sincerity that is very difficult to find in such an industry. She was truthful and never promised what she could not deliver. The unit that I have leased is my first one. Kara from QLD HOT property made it so simple, quick and easy just before christmas. I can now celebrate new year and christmas in my new unit. Incredibly disappointed with the level of professionalism and poor communication. Very small issues escalated into major problems generally caused by a complete lack of communication. Often I had to prompt with emails multiple times before my property manager had the decency to respond.

Very fast application process! after applying for different rental properties from other real estates and never got an answer back, finally found a house under QLD Hot Property - Jacob is very helpful after 3 days of submitting our application we got approved ! great real estate I will give 10 start if possible
