As a powerlifter (and a bit of bodybuilder) this is legit one of the best gyms I have ever been to! The equipment there was superb (really good powerlifting bars, and plates), and in addition the machines and weights seem really new / well maintained, but at the same time gives off an old school vibe, which I definitely enjoyed.

Great place to train - if you train in the morning, you pretty much have the whole facility to yourself. Great equipment - majority plate loaded Hammer Strength. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

New to the area and was looking for a 24 hour access gym. Their Facebook and webpage say that they are 24/7. When I went in to sign up there are multiple signs on the door saying they're not a 24/7 access at all? I am a shift worker so i find it hard to get to businesses during business hours, so to find this blatant false advertising is really frustrsting. Thanks for wasting my (limited) time.

Incredible gym, very knowledgeable trainers and coaches, provide a friendly but motivating atmosphere to train. I love how the staff know your name and treat you as a friend and person not just a number like some of the other gyms. Highly recommend Strength Republic!!

Hands down one of the best gyms in Newcastle. Friendly staff, great equipment, lots of open space and great prices too. Seen a couple fake reviews trying to bring this gym down, do not believe them.
11/10 would recommend to a friends 👍🏽

The community and vibe at Strength is unmatched. Amazing equipment and so much space. Best gym in Newcastle for sure! Never felt so comfortable at a gym!
