Services
Conveyancing is the process of legally transferring the ownership of real property from a seller to a buyer. We work solely in conveyancing and we are respected and trusted experts in this field. We are also members of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, New South Wales Division, a professional body which ensures continuing education for its members, professional indemnity insurance and a code of conduct.
If you're planning on selling your property, you are obligated to have a Contract for the Sale of Land in existence prior to advertising it for sale. We will prepare this for you and provide a copy to your real estate agent (if any) in a timely fashion. Once you have accepted a sale price we will update the contract and liaise with the real estate agent and the purchaser's conveyancer to organise 'exchange'.
The first step in the process is obtaining a copy of the Contract from the Agent or the Vendor. We will then review the contract to ensure that it does not contain anything detrimental and that it is in your best interest. We also fully explain to you the possible implications of the contract. If necessary, we will endeavor to make changes to certain conditions of the contract on your behalf.
Many of our clients are developers. Whether you are buying or selling it is imperative that you engage the services of a licensed conveyancer that has experience in land subdivisions and new property developments. Assistance with registration of a plan of subdivision, strata plan or any other related documents.

Incredible service from Sharon and Tony! We sold our unit and bought an off-the-plan duplex through Capital Conveyancing. In both cases we were overwhelmed by the level of service we received. All correspondence and advice was prompt and efficient from Tony, and he guided us through exchange of contracts on the off-the-plan purchase as well as selling at auction.
