Wouldn't recommend this practice.. went in to get gene test results. Receptionist wasn't wearing a mask. I wasn't allowed in because I wasn't wearing a mask. Yet a man walked straight into my doctors room without a mask and my doctor also wasn't wear a mask..
Sat in my car for 20 mins after my appointment time waiting for a phone call from the doctor.. made a simple appointment into a very stressful time. Terrible people skills

Don't go here if you have a valid medical exception for wearing a mask. The staff are very rude and shoo you out the door to wait out in the elements for your appointment (which is always late) like you've got some infectious disease (which half the people in there probably have anyway). For a medical centre, you would expect them to have a bit more understanding, tact, and professionalism.

One of the worst GP clinics I've been to. Only used to go because it was down the road but the doctors don't give s**t and just want you in and out so they can claim their $$ off medicare. Booked my last appointment and drove 40 minutes to their new location only to be told they didn't have my booking. Avoid at all costs if possible as there are plenty of other GPs around.

Traumatising experience with Dr Maha Hanna. I booked with a female doctor in the hope that it would be a comfortable experience instead the exact opposite. This doctor was degrading and aggressive she belittled and questioned all of my concerns and I was left feeling completely judged. I will never return to this practice and urge nobody to book with this doctor as I wouldn’t wish this feeling upon anybody. As a grown woman to be feeling this way I am uncomfortable knowing younger women would be seeing this doctor for help. Very unprofessional.

SHOCKINGLY BAD! Dr Maha Hanna was horrible to me! She made personal negative comments about me and tried to show me the door for no reason! I was so shocked and shaken after the experience with her. I went in to ask for a script for a preventive asthma puffer and she accused me of being argumentative because I was trying to clarify that I wanted a seretide accuhaler instead of the aerosol! I don't know what I did wrong. She was an awful doctor, not suited to working with the general public. Honestly she should lose her licence. Very upsetting!!

I have seen Dr Du twice, both times her consult lasted less than two minutes. The first time she answered a call, gave me a script and shooed me out of her room without explaining medications, and the second time was a phone consult and the entire call lasted 1.07 minutes. She cut me off so I couldn't finish one sentence explaining my condition, she then promised to send a script and didn't do it — meaning I was left without medication when I needed it. She is definitely the worst doctor I've ever been too, and the way she pushes patients out the door is dangerous.

This is the new location for Miami Bulk Billing Centre. Staff are personable, welcoming and friendly. Plenty of on-site parking including disabled allotments. I parked at the rear of the building, the parking closest to the centre on the right as you enter the centre. Although being unfamiliar with the new premises, I realised that the entry is at the adjacent end, either turning right and right again to the parking out front or a short stroll up a ramp. Although I'm not physically disabled as such, I believe the site is Disability friendly. And the new medical centre has on-site pathology services

Disgusted. Seriously appalled at the treatment you receive at this place so. After a 40 minute phone consult I was informed that I must head into the practice, IMMEDIATELY as my symptoms mirrored a possibility of covid, I informed the doctor that I didn’t have a mask and was told I’d be provided with one upon arrival. Just to be greeted by the rudest staff who then proceed to tell me I have to go buy a mask or I will not be seen, 6 months pregnant and obviously can’t drive myself due to the circumstances i was then informed by the receptionist to go to the hospital after a paid consultation

Dr Savitri and Dr Anura are new to this practice. My husband (now o/s), used to visit Dr Anura for many years- nothing but praise for him! Always a big smile, remembers everything about you, and made my husband feel very comfortable. I have been seeing Dr Savitri now for several years (mainly from their past Practice at Broadbeach)- over the years I have recommended many family and friend to her- and they are now regular patients. She has a very kind heart, is EXTREMELY thorough, and I can't speak highly enough about her professionalism, and care. Many times my appointments have gone over time
