We are a mixed-billing practice. Our fee policy ensures that the out of pocket expense is similar regardless of the consultation time. Visitors to the Gold Coast will need to pay full price at the time of their consultation.
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to process the Medicare rebate for children 15 years and under who are from interstate - in this case a receipt will provided at the time of payment and the rebate will need to be claimed directly from Medicare.Any bulk billing eligibility provided by Broadbeach Medical Centre may not extend to additional tests such as radiology, pathology, etc.

Avoid at all costs. Went here a week ago, was told I had to wear a mask. I explained to the receptionist I have a medical exemption due to severe childhood trauma, was told I had to sit outside in the cold pouring rain like a dog. On top of that, doctor was completely uninterested in anything I said to him and didn't treat me properly - had to go to a better doctor elsewhere. Avoid this business.

Was once good but really sad. My doctor is down to 2 days a week.Told to ring 2 weeks advance so I did but she is on holidays. Left waiting outside in the cold watching staff in the warm through the glass after being ordered not to go in and call. It's taken months just to get my prescriotions. Seriously is this covid or leprosy? I'll have to check with my doctor.

I have seen both Dr Donna Tanchev and Dr Shannon Springer. Both physicians are eager to assist and are very understanding and empathetic. I have immense respect for both of them and greatly appreciate their time. Colleen at reception is very helpful and welcoming. I have finally found a treating clinic that I will stay with long term. I have recently started going to this clinic as my long time Doctor, Dr Ooi is there now, I have been going to him for many years!! he is kind, caring and actually takes the time to get to know you so he can provide the best help possible, I had a serious motor vehicle accident a few months back and would not have managed without his support and understanding throughout the whole ordeal, he has not only helped me medically, physically but also mentally to get through it, I would not trust any other doctor. Me and my son go to this practice and see Dr Ooi. He is an exceptional doctor and is clearly passionate about helping others. He really listens to our problems and opinions and thinks about the best way to approach things. I've never felt rushed in our appointments with him and he is a nice, warm, friendly person to talk to in general. Dr Ooi is also particularly good with mental health and nutrition issues. As a vegan it can be hard to find a doctor who knows much about plant based diets which can be frustrating but Dr Ooi is fantastic because he is fountain of knowledge on the subject, being

I had such a good experience at this practice today. I called in quite a lot of pain, and they immediately put me onto the nurse (Elizabeth) whose phone manner was just lovely. She booked me straight in, and I was welcomed by a genuinely concerned front desk. They swiftly took me to the nurses quarters while I was waiting for my appointment. The doctor popped his head in reassuring me he wouldn't be too long (even though I was squeezed in).
The care I received in the nurses quarters by Elizabeth was first class. I really can not thank you enough Elizabeth, I came in in excruciating pain and left
