I made an appointment in advance with Dr. Jeffry and when I showed up today for my appointment they were running severely behind schedule. Many of the patients waiting were being vocal and impatient but I sat quietly and waited my turn. The receptionist pointed at each of the waiting patients and gave us a number when we would be seen. I was number 5. I waited over 2 hours as the 4 people before me had their time with the doctor. When I was the next patient up a woman came into the practice for her appointment - which was scheduled for well after mine but was clearly very delayed - and was told

Dr Mark Geoffery I can highly recommend. I have been to him for several different issues and he’s so on top of everything. There is no area Dr Mark doesn’t have extended knowledge about. I feel comfortable and I’m good hard with Dr Mark, you don’t feel if it’s just about money for him as he takes time listing not rushing you out the door. Dr mark jeffery helped me go from being on opiates to successfully through chiro and physio they helped me get to where I am today with my bludger L4 L5 discs and inflammation which is amazing from being reliant on painkillers to being on much more natural options and working through the pain if you want a doctor that gives you the willpower and strength and really listens to you dr mark jeffery is the best I’ve seen practice in the last 5 years

Be warned! I paid hundreds and Hundreds to his place and are still chasing a script from over 2 months ago. The chemist called and he said that he seen me too recently and can't supply more. That was strange because he never supplied any at that appointment and said would fax when approval comes in. That is strange because I was calling week after week asking if the scripts are ready to fax. They never return calls. So if the Doc told the chemist I've been supplied lately, then who has my scripts? They haven't given them too me despite the doctors and chemists non factual conversation. And once

The staff and doctors at this centre are absolutely professional. From the time you walk in Michelle is inclusive and professional. Dr Mark Jeffery takes the time to listen. After months of struggling with after effects of breast cancer surgery he identified the issue and started treatment in the centre by nurse Judika that has provided me with relief and and a quality of life. My daughter was unwell. They were able to see this when they looked at her and she was seen right away. Everybody from admin to nursing to the doctors were prompt and very caring organising scans and giving advise. The staff were Excellent and wonderful and we felt reassured we had excellent quality care. The process for follow up was just as easy. This is out GP if needed when on the gold coast

They are not your average medical centre. Nothing but praise for this amazing Medical Centre. Finally a medical team that are professional, caring and simply brilliant. First point of contact was at reception who actually greeted and acknowledge my presence. Even though reception was busy they still found the time to fit me in to see the first available doctor. I was also advised of an initial consultation fee at the time and the girl at reception explained as to why there is a fee even though the practice states it bulk bills.
