International Child Care College was established by Karen Kearns in 2006 following more than 30 years of working in the Early Childhood industry. Karen has spent the majority of her working life advocating for children, and supporting the teaching and learning of those who care for children in an early childhood educational setting.
She has surrounded herself with early childhood professionals that share her passion for ensuring early childhood educators are provided with enriched training programs, that can provide a depth of knowledge to their understanding of children in early childhood care settings.

Services
ICCC's entry level program provides you with hands-on experience to gain a thorough understanding of what it's like to be an early childhood educator working with young children and families. Training with ICCC will ensure student learning focuses on the extensive development of skills and knowledge in pedagogical practices, service management and leadership.
International Child Care College is connecting with St Nicholas Pathways to bring you the CONNEX program. This pathway offers an innovative and blended learning program of face-to-face classroom learning, online and workplace-based learning delivered at the brand-new St Nicholas Early Education centre in Maitland.
