A gym is a place where you should feel comfortable, ready to work out to the best of your ability and, no matter what your fitness level or strength, and to enjoy the process. That is what Gym Caloundra aims to provide for our clients and we hope to make the whole experience a most enjoyable one, in a friendly and welcoming environment.
This cardiovascular workout is proving increasingly popular in gyms and fitness clubs throughout the world. It is intense and effective, although caution is counselled not to overdo the frequency of workouts: twice a week is probably enough, and three times a week is the maximum as there should be at least 24 hours' rest between sessions.
Gym Caloundra is here to serve needs and wants of its members at all times, and we are especially proud of our group workout programmes. Is the very idea of joining a class enough to deter you? Don't let it, because there is really nothing more encouraging than to work out with a group of like-minded people - some strangers, some friends - whose aim is the same as yours: to attain maximum fitness while having a good time!
