We had ordered 50 jigsaw mats 40mm about 2 years ago, with good quality. However, they changed to a different supplier in China. We just ordered more mats and the thickness ranged from 38mm - 55mm, which meant we could not properly lay them out without having huge steps. They also differed in thickness across a mat. Too dangerous and a liability! Once we told them that and wanted replacement mats, communication was nearly non-existing from their end. We had to chase them down for any information.
