At gwarchitects our strengths are founded on our expertise to create high-quality residential architecture. From renovations to unique new homes and multi-residential developments, we listen to our clients and work with them to put their ideas into reality. We explore how people live, respond to local environmental conditions, and consider the relationship between both.
Our committed and thoughtful approach to our work has given rise to us completing a number of specialised commercial/retail projects. Whilst some of these projects are new developments, many have been included as part of refurbishments of existing buildings, where cost-efficient and considered design is required to fit within limited building envelopes.
Having been personally involved in, and with, various individual and team sports for many years, its natural that our Founding Director has successfully involved gwarchitects in a number of specialised Sports Administration and Facility projects over that time. Some of these projects were new developments, although most have been refurbishments of or within existing buildings.
