It is now 3mo after settlement and I have lodged a formal complaint via Office of the Legal Services Commissioner against Tony who is now completely unresponsive to all forms of communication.
1. Tony informed us that the property we purchased was a Torrens Title property. In fact it was Old System Limited Title property. How did you get this wrong? If the bank did not grant approval at the 11th hour we would have lost our $205,000 deposit.
2. We have no consolidated financial breakdown after selling and buying property through Tony. Over $3m worth of property was involved an no usable report
