At Charleyoga we understand you may be stiff from inactivity, sore or returning from injury and we want to help you build strength, mobility and confidence again. With over two decades of experience we specialise in gentle, therapeutic yoga that's perfect for all abilities. We'll give you lots of options so you can move at your own pace and feel at home in our friendly yoga classes in Fremantle, Applecross and Bateman or online.

Feeling anxious about coming to yoga? It's normal to feel a little apprehensive if you haven't tried us out before. If you're confused about all the different styles of yoga out there and what might suit you, we're not surprised! It can be stressful trying to work it all out and we are here to help.
All our gentle therapeutic yoga classes are open level so you can join any class anytime! This is because we give options for all levels, including beginners at each class so you'll never feel left behind. We still keep a special eye on new students and limit our intake for newbies at each class. We recommend booking for the term as it's the cheapest way to join, helps you commit, and reserves your space.
Gentle therapeutic yoga for all abilities with experienced yoga therapist Charley Hickey, C-IAYT. Do you live too far away from us but love the sound of our gentle therapeutic approach? Perhaps you travel a bit, are too busy to commit to the same class each week, or just prefer to practice in the comfort of your own home.
It is usually delivered in either a private one-on-one or small group session. Yoga therapy can adapt the practice of yoga to the needs of people with specific or persistent health problems not usually addressed in a group class. Our yoga therapists work with other health professionals and have a local network to refer on to.
You can book for the term or drop-in casually, we're flexible! Pardon the pun. However, we recommend joining for the term as many of our classes do get booked out. It's the most cost effective and we find you are more likely to attend and get the most benefit by committing to a regular class. If term has started you can still join for the remaining weeks.

Love Charley and her yoga classes, suitable for everyone no matter what your ability. Always leave a class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and would highly recommend Charleyoga to anyone wanting to try it out. My daughter and I have been going for around 6 years so also suitable for all ages.

Oh I started with Charleyoga many years ago and it has been a godsend. It’s not only helped me physically by easing back pain but also spiritually and mentally during some very hard times. I often start a session stressed and exhausted and then finish by feeling rejuvenated and ready to start the week. I highly recommend Charleyoga for anyone seeking a whole body and mind form of yoga that is done in a wonderfully supportive environment.

I had the chance to take some of her classes. While I thought I'd be a fish out of water (most of the students seemed to be genuinely into yoga. I do it to help me lift heavy stuff and do hardcore cardio), it was immensely beneficial to my states of mind and weary musculoskeletal system. I found Charley to be witty, knowledgeable and caring. Classes helped me survive a particularly hardcore training period. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed.
