What a shocker this place, booked a room for the night went to go have a shower and no water just a dribble, then try it again in the morning before I went to work same thing just a dribble, told management they apologised

Great hotel, normally good food but restaurant closed so no breakfast or dinners, but also no other patrons staying

Reasonably priced. Good location, close to town, walking distance to fast food. Room stunk a bit, heater remote jittery and sometimes unresponsive. All in all, good for a cheap stay in Dubbo

Very accommodating. Staff were very helpful when we needed to book last minute while our caravan was being looked at. Food was great too. Thank you

Carpets was stained and dirty. Ants and other insects in the bathroom. Decor is worn and outdated. For the price and being a Choice Motel it should be better condition. Let's hope there are no cockroaches running around 🙄

Upon making the booking we had someone who barely spoke English to take the reservation then a week later received a phone call asking us as to why we hadn’t checked in.
They had booked us in one week prior to when our stay was supposed to be.
Receptionist on arrival was barely able to acknowledge us. No room to swing a cat, let alone accomodate a family of 4.
Nowhere to sit to eat meals, as the chairs provided did not fit underneath the table. Ended up consuming meals on our beds. No clock in the room & there were stains all over the furniture.

Dinner and breakfast were really nice. My room was terrible. The only window in the main room was filthy and looking out onto the back fence. Should be a storeroom.

It was small and had a bad smell kind of like sewerage. The bedding had stains and the toilets seat was peeling and broken and smelt like wee. Sadly we won't go back there.

After arriving on Sunday evening following a long drive from Brisbane, the first disappointment of our 2 night stay was when we were told the restaurant was "closed until Tuesday morning, but you could just walk or drive somewhere".
The carpet in our "executive queen room" was filthy, (looked like it had never been cleaned, & our friends room was the same).
The shower leaked across the bathroom floor, which obviously made it slippery and dangerous, so we had to put towels down. Hot water took ages to come through, so the choice was either to waste water, or have cold showers!

If your idea of 6x4 box is spacious, then yes a very spacious family room. Arrived hungry at 6:30pm and restaurant closed. When we went to reception, the lady was rude and had no explanation as to why so I said is someone sick she said yeh. Oh and we had no where to park. I also asked where we park the receptionist had no idea. Book elsewhere don't risk it
