Room exceptionally clean, bright and fresh. Check in easy and lovely lady in reception was super friendly.

Cheap for a reason. Location is good and room was presentable. But don't expect a good night's sleep here.

The room was great, clean and comfy , the beds were so comfortable, stayed for 7 days and enjoyed it . The owners are great , even organised another 2 rooms for my family when they came for the night , will definitely stay here again when we come back .

Cleanliness - the cutlery are dirty on arrival. The room wasn't cleaned nor the bed are made after we left for the day and return in the evening, even we asked the owner to ensure the cleaners will do it but to our dismay, the cleaners only emptied the garbage bin and left bed unmade. At the end of our stay, the bathroom floor was so dirty that we couldn't stay there any longer.

Impeccably clean, friendly staff. Just check before you book that the owners are not entertaining. When we checked in, they told us they were having 15 friends over for lunch and would be using the guest BBQ area and pool for their own use. We were looking forward to a quiet and relaxing afternoon around the pool, as we were just passing through Dubbo, not on holidays. Their friends arrived at 1pm and left around 8pm. The pool was overrun by kids and pool toys. When my husband went for a quick dip, one of the visitors gave him an unwelcome scowl. The owner suggested we go and sit on the opposite

We had a wonderful stay. Friendly & helpful staff, one of the best beds I’ve slept in, fantastic location. The extra touches like cookies, fresh milk and the daily cleaning of the room were very much appreciated.
We booked direct with the property and got a great room rate.

This Motel has exceeded our expectations for so many reasons. The bedding is the quality and comfort we have only ever experienced within HOTELS in major cities such as Sydney and Melbourne. It is even better than some expensive hotels in London and Paris. Soft, white, clean sheets in perfectly made beds which include two pillows on each single bed for the children and four pillows on our bed. The rooms are squeaky clean and have a fresh, airy feel.
Thick, soft fluffy towels were provided for us to use after lovely hot showers (great water pressure) in the clean, good sized en-suite.

A wonderful welcome in reception with two cheerful dogs too! Room was incredibly clean and filled with all the essentials. Will stay again next time I stop in Dubbo.
