Early this month, I stayed 2 nights at Annie’s House which is one of separated buildings here. It looks like recently renovated, everything were clean and neat. (plus wooden floorboards everywhere, no carpets!) For a travel with family (4 or more), I strongly recommend here. I couldn't say the location is one of the best, but Dubbo is a small city. :)
Finally, I really surprised I got more than 200Mbps super fast internet here.

The stay was fabulous and room was clean and tidy. Booked last minute hence cost may be high😀. Room was furnished with everything. Just a feedback,
To go with the cost, bottles of water and milk each day would be a real value add.
Having said that, that won't affect my ratings😀
Will recommend others to stay in the property.

My wife and I stayed here on the 17th of November, as I had a cardiologist appointment. It was close to the hospital and other shops.
The layout was lovely and I feel it was the best 4 star accommodation I've ever stayed in.
The overall satisfaction of the apartment was exceptional.
We will definitely be staying there again on future visits to the Dubbo region.
