Do not go! Worst psychologist experience. I had a break down. The psychologist spent the first 2 sessions asking me about my family. The next few sessions she read out a fact sheet on depression and anxiety and told me to go for a walk. She never gave me any help or suggestions or diagnosis. She told me I would need to see her for 6 weeks. At the end I had received NO HELP whatsover. In fact the experience has caused more trauma as she was like talking to a machine or a robot. She was completely expressionless and emotionless. Her 'treatment' was to just let me talk and to provide no response.

Called to book an appointment for a younger family member and receptionist Sue answered. For a clinic that is supposed to assist mental health patients I found the conversation abrasive, rude and incredibly unfriendly. I hung up and immediately contacted my health practitioner to provide a referral to an alternative practice. When I called back to cancel the appointment, I did not even get asked why, or whether I would like to reschedule. Would not recommend!!!

Worst psychologist service. She couldnt wait to get rid of me. Was bored and didnt bother reading notes of previous visit. Spent the first 10 mins of my 2nd session on her phone with her door open in clear view of me in waiting area. Hours of time wasted and quality of care and advice could have been googled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CLINIC.
