For flu vaccinations and urgent matters please contact us on 43326000, for emergencies please call 000. Please keep your phone nearby as your doctor will endeavour to call you around the time of booking when possible. Your doctor may require you to present for a face to face consult/assessment, if required they will inform you of this during the telehealth/telephone consult.
If you need to see a Doctor after hours please contact the medical centre on 4332 6000 for details on our after hours service that is available to our patients 7 days a week, alternatively please call or attend your nearest hospital. Gosford Hospital can be contacted on 4320 2111, Wyong Hospital can be contacted on 4394 8000 or please call Health Direct on 1800 022 222.
General Practitioner - We offer a number of opportunities to suit a broad range of individual General Practitioners that are flexible and practical as well as profitable with no lock in contracts. Set your own schedule, in hours or after hours or both or as a locum, there are opportunities available however space is limited.

I am amazed by the lengths that the doctors go to at this practice to ensure that I keep on top of not only my health, but the health of my friends and family. Truly a great service to our community in the form of bulk billing everyday of the year and open long hours too. Also great new site in the bateau bay square shops. Great work and keep it up.

Fantastic care shown here. Doctors work extremely hard to see patients anytime of the day, every day. there were kids with open chins, things stuck in their eyes and all sorts and managed to fit them in while seeing usual patients. Quality care and they actually care for patients instead of turning them away to hospital to wait for 7 hours.

Well I like my doctor- because he can heal my pain. But I made an appointment and came on time, while my doctor did not serve me even there was no patient in his office for half hour！！I saw him do other paper work in the office and came out few times, and I think he should improve his time management ability. (I saw No 1 doctor on the door already finish serving few patients in this half hour.)

This is a fantastic Medical Centre, the doctors I have seen have never rushed me out the door. They are always very thorough, and caring, and really do make a difference in my life and those around me. Particularly Dr Hanna and Abadir are amazing. They may run behind, but that is a testament to the superior care they give.

Made an appointment for 4.30 so I didn't have to wait around for long as I am in excruciating pain from a lower back injury, and they confirmed over the phone that this will be the case and I woukdnt have to wait there.
Got there at 4.30 and was greeted by a rude receptionist who has the personality of a mop.
Waited till 5.15 and simply had to walk out as o couldn't bare the pain anymore. Very dissapointing experience

I have seen all the negative feedback on here and quite frankly I am not sure if this is the same medical centre they are referring to. I have had to change doctors due my old doctor being ill. I was reluctant at first but from the very beginning during covid I have found both the frontline staff and especially my Doctor to be outstanding and professional. You can't please everyone I guess. Keep up the good work

This is the best medical centre I have ever been too! the doctors are world class, and really take the time to address your every need, and not rush you out the door. This is also the only bulk billing medical centre in the area, and for that I am thankful for all the great work you all do, keep up the good work.

My elderly parents have moved into Aged Care at Bateau Bay and I needed to find new Doctors for them both. The receptionist at Grace was so helpful, friendly and compassionate when setting up their first appointments. It is a very stressful time for us all and she alleviated my stress in this matter. Thank you 🙏🏻

The doctors are lovely but the administration staff are worthless.
I made an appointment which was not submitted went in to be told doctors only do phone calls now. So why wasn’t I told in the first place?
She was playing and did not want to help till a nice doctor came out and said he will see me.
Doesn’t the clinic view these comments regarding their lack of professional administrative staff ?
What a waste of a lovely clinic 🤷♀️
