My rating is solely for Dr Ray. I've been seeing Dr Ray for several years now and he has always been really kind, patient and helpful. He genuinely seems to care about my well being which is rare given the constant pressure on GPs to manage a massive patient book. Nothing but excellent advice and care from him.

Was an existing patient years ago, moved away, now back and wanted to see a Dr but booked out, which is fine, til I asked if I could book an apt for next week, not a problem til I was asked which Dr I used, I said I didn’t have one, then all of a sudden she has nothing at all available. What a terrible receptionist and rude. Don’t bother wasting your time.

Dr Fotheringham & Dr Tadros both deserve 5 stars BUT the reception staff at this practise leave a lot to be desired. I would recommend the reception staff are sent on courses to learn customer service skills, tone and attitude.
Dr Tadros has now moved onto a practise further up the Coast (45 mins away from me) and Dr Fotheringham is currently on 2 months leave. I called up this morning as was advised she is back 6/11 and have an upcoming operation and wanted to book in an appt. for 8/11 but was advised (in an unfriendly manner) no appt. available and to call back 6/11 to see if Dr Fotheringham

I try to avoid negative reviews when I can, but this medical centre definitely deserves one. I’ve just had nothing but a terrible experience with staff from this clinic. I recall being in much pain for weeks after suffering with sciatica and not being able to go to work. The doctor laughed and said “If you were able to come to the medical centre today, it can’t be that bad” and mocked me throughout my appointment. The last thing you want is to be harassed and put down by a medical professional who you're suppose to trust. I’ve also had to last time deal with a receptionist who was literally

I would highly recommend any of the doctors at this medical centre. They are all very professional and I appreciate how thorough they are and I never feel rushed. I especially recommend them to anyone with kids. The really are amazing with mine and my kids actually like going to see the doctor.
It is also worth a mention that the reception staff are very friendly and it is so nice to be greeted with a friendly smiling face.

0 STARS! The doctor I have been seeing is so disrespectful and down right horrible. Today he laughed in my face several times, pushed his personal views on me and continuously bullied me until I agreed with his view. He has discriminated against me and refused to accept I did not want to take certain medications (which I chose to go cold turkey from when he refused to respect my choices) He has been very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable on several different occasions. I will never go back to this practice. This is not the first time I have been treated this was by this doctor and I
