For flu vaccinations and urgent matters please contact us on 43675888, for emergencies please call 000. Please keep your phone nearby as your doctor will endeavour to call you around the time of booking when possible. Your doctor may require you to present for a face to face consult/assessment, if required they will inform you of this during the telehealth/telephone consult.
If you need to see a Doctor after hours please contact us on 4367 5888 for details on our After hours service that is available to our patients 7 days a week, alternatively please call or attend your nearest hospital. Gosford Hospital can be contacted on 4320 2111, Wyong Hospital can be contacted on 4394 8000 or please call Health Direct on 1800 022 222.

My appoimtment was at 2:30. People whose appointment was at 3 were getting called before me. I asked them twice why am i not being called by doctor. I had to wait more than an hour. All the people in the waiting hall who came after me were seen by doctor. Still waiting...

Been going to this surgery for almost 5 years.
Never use to have an issue. But lately has been atrocious. Always late (at least an hour)
Reception can be rude at times.
But to ice the cake, after the dr i spoke to today, i am both, upset and appalled.
I never felt more judged than the dr i spoke to today (never have seen before) and i WILL NEVER be returning to this surgery….
After the consultation, i paid 35$ to have my records removed immediately to another surgery.
I will say dr amaar ( the doctor i regularly see ) is a wonderful dr though & recommend her with the best regards.

Ive been a patient in Hope Medical for 3 years, I have recommended them to many friends and family, all with success with the amazing doctors there. Dr Mai and Dr Aamer are lovely doctors.
I booked a telephone appointment yesterday, the doctor was over an hour late and hung up before I could even press answer on the call. I called the centre back immediately when I missed it. Not even a minute had passed. I was on hold for 3 hours. I tried calling back constantly the next day as well. No answer. Ive emailed, called, I absolutely cannot get through. The receptionist Melanie was somewhat rude/uncaring

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service, my daughter waited 1 hour to have a 2 minute procedure, once in with Dr Dion Hanna she was sent back to the waiting room to complete a form with the nurse to then wait a further 20 minutes to see the same Dr for the 2 minute procedure. All this could have happened in the Drs room when she first entered. Never has this happened at another Drs surgery before. I contacted the practice to advise that she had another appointment to get to and see how much longer she was going to need to wait, I was advised that it's a very busy time of

Horrible Place. Staff are rude and impolite and lie directly to your face. Booked for an 11am appointment and was told i was next in line, asked again at midday and was told there was 2 people in front of me, waited another 30 minutes before being told i was next, only again to find out there was 1 person ahead of me. Do not go here unless you want to be lied too and have your whole day wasted.

The doctors are very lovely and are always super helpful and approachable hence why I've now changed all my medical records to this practice. However, sometimes reception can be a bit rude and dismissive (not all). I called to check if my doctors certificate would be sent out today or the next day just so I could let my employer know and the person on the phone told me there were 6 doctors on and they can't be expected to do anything immediately when they are that busy - which I agree with but please don't take it out on a patient, it's not professional and it was a simple question not a personal

Absolutely and ridiculously useless. Documentation that they've said is on record and copied they have either lost or misplaced it. Drs have no clue about very common medical conditions. You can't even access your own medical records without getting permission from other drs. Reception staff are rude, unempathetic and pretty much useless. Have given this practice so many chances but it's just not going to work. The nurses and pathology team are amazing but everything else is subpar. Do not reccommend!

I honestly do not know what’s wrong with the people who are posting 1 star they just sound like a bunch of Karen’s, this practice in every way shape and form is a fantastic medical centre!!! The reception staff are professional, friendly and they always go above and beyond for my family and I, I have seen most of the doctors in this practice and they are all extremely knowledgeable, thorough and caring, and just to top it off they are always on time!!!! This is unheard of! My family and I have transferred our records from the other practices around and we will be attending Hope from now on
