All our workshops and classes are taught in the purest and undistorted form according to the ancient traditions of yoga originating from the first yogi, Adi-yogi over 15 000 years ago. First you have to complete one of our workshops before you can attend our regular practice sessions. Practice sessions are an opportunity to establish your practice deeper and receive personal corrections from our teacher.
We offer hatha yoga in it's purest form, full depth and dimension. Just the way yoga has been passed down from a master to a disciple for thousands of years without any distortion. Our programs and classes have been devised by a realised yogi Sadhguru who has a complete understanding of the human system and how yoga should be transmitted.

There are other dimensions to this, but to put it simply, if you observe yourself, when you are angry, you sit one way. If you are happy, you sit another way. If you are depressed, another way. For every level of consciousness or mental and emotional situation you go through, your body tends to take certain postures.
Initially, yoga was imparted by Adiyogi (the first yogi), over 15,000 years ago. It was Adiyogi who introduced to humanity the idea that one can evolve beyond his present level of existence. He poured this knowing into the legendary Sapta Rishis, or "seven sages, " who carried this powerful yogic science to various parts of the world, including Asia, Ancient Persia, northern Africa, and South America.

Great place to get started in yoga, has a very tradtional and naturally designed environment inside, where you can experience yoga in a fragrant atmosphere, while it gives a soothing effect on the mind. The instructors there are also well trained to give a deeper learning experience for the practice of yoga, without any physical contact, a definite place to go during these times of social distancing, for a good activity. Their casual free class are real great, for beginners to get a good understanding for what they are about!!

A very special space, you feel it the moment you enter.
I just completed the Angarmardana course, led by William. He was great and very approachable. The postures begin working on your strength and flexibility right away.
After the class I went for a walk and saw two yellow tailed black cockatoos soaring in the mist. The sight of these majestic creatures filled me with joy, I laughed and cried (just a little and not in a crazy way ;).
After mere hours of doing this practice I was opened up to this sort of experience.
I am excited to continue!
thank you.

If you are looking for traditional yoga then this is the place for you. I can say that I learned a lot and still learning more about it and its benefits. I always want to know more about meditation and peace within me and I can say that I am on my first step thanks to Adiyoga. Can’t wait to learn and do more from them. I really recommend them, they have free trial if you want to try it first and see how it goes on you. Everyone is unique and has different needs but there is also no harm in trying. 😊

Just completed the Surya Kriya Programme in Adiyoga. Feel excellent and different. Thanks Ramy for being so patient to guide us through the process. Definitely a good experience to be here. Appreciate for everything. And I'm great that I am here to join the programme, thanks for myself and everyone. If you want to explore more, please come and join and feel yourself. ^______^

I attended the surya shanti two day yoga workshop with my children - 12 & 20 years old and to my delight they enjoyed the collective session as a family. It was nice to do it in a small group- the surroundings were very peaceful and meditative. The instructor Ramy was experienced and didn’t push us at any time beyond our comfort levels.

I was looking for yoga studio with more traditional approach and AdiYoga turned out to be perfect, introducing me to traditional Hatha Yoga while providing with some insights into ‘how to yoga’.
I just finished Angamardana program last weekend, lead by wonderful teacher, Ramy and already practicing it by myself at home.
I’ll definitely be back for more sessions!

Today I finished the 2nd day of my 2-day workshop for Surya Kriya and I enjoyed every moment of it. I'd been wanting to get into yoga for a while, but didn't really know where to start as I wanted to do a beginners course so I could learn the correct skills. I went to MindBodyLife and although I enjoyed it, it wasn't really the best way to start learning yoga as there was no guidance - you're just thrown straight in and have to follow everyone else in the class to even begin to get the techniques right. So I went away and decided to look for something else, then I came across AdiYoga on facebook
