Translated from Sanskrit, the word Samadhi means transcendence, a state of pure consciousness, a balance of mind and spirit. Samadhi yoga represent the cultivation of this state of being, connecting with your true self. At the same time it's a space to grow, share and learn from one another on our journey as a part of a big community. The goal is to offer a class and program to suit the health and fitness needs of everyone.

A space where the door is open to anyone. We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, that is why Samadhi Yoga wish to be a home to all. A place to grow, smile, heal, learn and most of all feel safe and welcomed. Originally from Italy, she has been in Australia since 2006. Lou discovered yoga in 2016 when she was going through some turbulent times.
The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the heart. This class is perfect if you are looking to get familiar with the Yoga practice or if you wish to get back to the basics. The class will focus on the alignment of the postures and you will be guided with modifications to suits everyone.
If you are driving, give yourself enough time to find parking as it can be busy during the morning. Bringing your own mat is recommended otherwise you are welcome to use mats and props provided. You will be able to fill it up at the studio if you wish with filtered water provided by our lovely neighbours at Coffee in Common.
