My son had his first Covid vaccine today at CHMC.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made the experience comfortable.
It was so child friendly and put both kids and parents at ease, the face painting and balloon making an extra special touch.
The staff were so incredible too.
We all know how serious things are right now so to bring some joy to the kids is by no means a small thing.

A huge Thank you to the Clinical Director Dr Solomon for the help and support you have provided so far. Before coming to this clinic i have been to a couple of other clinics, where i was not receiving proper guidance for my medical condition. Therefore coming to see Dr Solomon who has been providing care and guidance from day 1 i know that my health condition is now in good hands. I had a phone call from the medical center and the person who called immediately started discussing my daughters medical history after a quick "hello" on the phone. No introduction into who she was, so when i asked her who she was, i got a blunt "Um the nurse" like i shouldve known this. Unprofessional, rude. She told me she booked me in for a phone consultation which i made time to be free for off work and the phone consultation never came. So clearly never booked.
The reception staff are the worst i have ever dealt with. Rude, unempathetic, unhelpful. Where do they do their training? 1 girl

REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!Call to make appointment for my 3 years old son and reception mentioned it was fully booked and the next available is 11 oclock but then asked whether can fit us in,she said she can fit us in and ask us to come around 8ish. she didnt mention that we might need to wait 1 or 2 hours to see a doctor. we ended up wait for 2 hours… for Dr SEEWANI RATHNAYAKEAND still not our turn! Finally Dr Bin fit us in after saw us been waiting quite a while.If we knew that we need to wait for 2 hours, we probably not going to turn up.Reception should communicate with Doctor and if Doctor

Horrible clinic, doctors treat you like a number and you're just another quick fix. Failed to listen to my concerns after several attempts at obtaining a referral. Kept being told give it another 3 months and trailing me like a test tube. Unhygienic, busy foot traffic and masks worn around necks at time by staff...i will be changing clinics and advise to stay away and seek other practices. Do your homework.

Came in for my first shot of vaccine, honestly was hesitant to do it at all, upon arrival receptionist (Sam) were very warm welcoming and friendly. Made ease of experience very pleasant, nurse was great could tell she was experienced too. Will definitely be back here for any other check-ins/general consultations

Dr Bin Shi is one of the worst GPs I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He had me in tears after my telephone consultation with him recently. He had an extremely rude, mean and hostile attitude. He was also incompetent. He blamed me because he had called on the wrong number even though I had previously updated my mobile number and had another GP call me on it. He asked me a number of rude questions about why I had my blood tests performed and then said he couldn't interpret them properly because he wasn't the original doctor. When I asked for a copy of the test results he emailed me

I’m not one too usually write reviews , in fact I don’t think I’ve ever done one . However I was honestly so impressed with my experience today.
I had a covid test yesterday as I had a really sore throat . As soon as I got my negative result I rang too see if I could see a doctor at short notice to get some much needed anti biotics.
Tash the receptionist on the phone was absolutely lovely and so accomodating . I arrived and was seen within 10 minutes and walked away with some anti biotics and a friendly smile from the girls behind the reception

I have had two evening appointments at Chelsea Heights medical, I have so far been forgotten once and had to call back during my own works hours. I have now called 4 times to follow up appointment (telehealth) booked for 1910 this evening. It's now 2045 and still no call. This is such poor service I expected so much better then this especially during the pandemic.

WORST experience ever! Booked in for the flu shot 3 times and each time got cancelled. They finally confirmed my app today and at the front desk they knew i was getting a flu shot and let me wait in the waiting room for "45 minutes" only for me to finally see the doctor and the doctor to tell me there was none left! Communicate with your staff… people! I have been coming here for years and have officially decided u will NEVER get my business again! (oh and also once the dr told my son he had tonsillitis even when he had already had them out! - i should have known at that stage not to go
