We will indicate on arrival a measure of time you may be required to wait. Should you need to make a cancellation, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.
Our practice allows patients to obtain timely advice or information about their clinical care via the telephone. If the call is urgent, the practice staff member will refer to the appropriate action from the triage guide or alert a member of the clinical care team immediately. Dr Chin Wong is the most empathetic educated doctor across all platforms.
He has been along side me 110% of the way in my chronic condition and followed up on his own accord.
I hold him at the highest level.
He was on the money from the start with my rare Chronic disease which many specialists didn't see till now and now with a confirmed diagnoses He was right from the start.CRPS is hard for any specialist to pick up on but not for Chin, He was all over it and actioned everything possible to help me. I wouldn't be hear if it wasn't for Dr Chin Wong and his support..

Service was fine, but I was charged a consultation fee without any knowledge of there being one - further, this information was only disclosed to me after I had left the clinic and was on my way home. As I was in the car, I received a call from one of the receptionists and she queried whether I knew that there was a fee involved. I was not aware of this - I was also at the clinic the previous week and was not charged any fee for seeing the same doctor for the same amount of time.
The approach seems to be inconsistent and your staff are, by the looks of things, not wholly across the changes either

Our family have been attending this practice for years and couldn't speak highly enough of Dr Wong. However, we will not be returning and are now formally reporting Dr Pranjal Deka to the Health Complaints Commissioner Victoria for negligent practice after 2 separate occasions my husband has been to see him for varying reasons. Dr Pranjal Deka should not be practicing it is GP's like him that could potentially cause more harm. His demeanour, compassion and professionalism is appalling I would reconsider booking any appointment with him.

Absolute appalling behaviour by the receptionist and practice manager. I initially had an appointment with one of the doctors last week and had to cancel as I had COVID symptoms and was unable to attend until I had negative result. The appointment was rescheduled for today and I was totally unaware and not informed that the new appointment was not with the original doctor I booked.

Very friendly, helpful staff Member Mandy who is like a breath of fresh air treats you like a valued person not just a customer. Highly impressed with doctor consultation was given the opportunity to have an open informed discussion and make choices for my health instead of a quick 5 minute what do you need , fine go approach like most places!!!

Dr Wong is awesome. Very personable & approachable. He explains everything in terms l understand & asks if l have any questions. He offers comprehensive and compassionate care. I wish l had found him years ago. He’s an excellent G.P.
Kate who is at reception is a gem. I was in tonight and she apologised & explained why there was a wait which l thought was excellent service. She was also fantastic interacting and occupying an ill child that was waiting.
