My autistic son and I visited on Saturday for an ear infection. They just opened the covid clinic.
I had an appointment, and arrived 10 min early being a new patient.
We were directed to wait outside considering the waiting area was so full. There were people coming and going constantly.
Chairs were then put outside, but not enough for the people standing outside.
We stood outside in the direct sunlight for over 40 mins waiting.
We waited in the car, and tried to call through a few times, to let them know where we were, but they did not answer their phones.
I ended up walking back in and

You might need to let people know in advance that you cannot accept Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Gold customers for vaccinations. I waited 4 weeks to get this appointment for my booster only to be informed at check in at the clinic that they could not vaccinate me because I am a DVA gold card holder without a Medicare card. Wasted 4 weeks on the wait list and whatever amount of time I have to wait now to make a booking with someone that will vaccinate a Gold Card holder. Very frustrating.

Every time we visit this surgery it is a pleasant experience, ‘if you can say going to the doctor is pleasant.’
Wait time is never very long. The face to face personnel are courteous and efficient. Very happy with the doctors there also. We do have a doctor that we prefer to see, but ok if that doctor is not on shift.
Great practice.
