Services
Chelsea Beach Medical Centre is a mixed billing practice. This means some patients will incur out-of-pocket fees (gap), whilst some are bulk-billed (no gap). Our fees are set at or below the recommended rates as published by the Australian Medical Association (AMA).
Patients should be aware that individual doctors may bill at different rates and charges will vary depending on the length of time you spend with the doctor and the complexity of your medical condition.Our reception staff will confirm if any out-of-pocket fees are applicable when making your appointment, based on your personal circumstances and services required.

We are located just across the road from Chelsea train station, near the corner of Nepean Highway and The Beachway. There are parking spots available on Nepean Highway or take The Beachway to the rear carpark with over 100 spots available. Carpark consists of 3 hour and all-day spots. A disabled toilet, baby change facility and ambient/chilled water cooler are available onsite.

Today I called up reception in regards to a question I had. I had spoken to the lovely Natasha who was very kind to help me after I had received poor and rude service from another medical centre. I am very pleased with the service I had today which is why I am giving you a 5 star rating. Very very happy and less stressed thanks to Natasha. I've been seeing Dr Joseph Sze for over 15 years. When he moved to Chelsea, my entire family moved clinics with him. We travel from 30 mins away to see him, and he has been the reason we've been able to discover/overcome any health issues we've had. My now newborn son will join the family in seeing Dr Sze too. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Joseph Sze for years and continue doing so even after moving to Fitzroy - he and my health is worth the hike. He is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to go through all your concerns and ensures you have peace of mind before leaving the clinic. The practice is modern and clean and you are always greeted warmly by reception.
