I originally booked a night away with my mum for during the July school holidays as I am a teacher. As my trip was cancelled due to Covid restrictions, I was unable to stay and as such received a phone call asking if I would like a refund. I was happy with re-scheduling as I believed I would be able to stay at a later date for the same price and was happy to support a local business. When restrictions eased I was devastated to discover rates had increased by over double from $214 to $490 for the same accommodation type, which is out of my

Five star hospitality. We stayed in the mountain view tower suite with balcony and spa which has a good 180 degrees view of the mountain. Room size is enormous with plenty of natural light. Spa is conveniently enjoyable. Breakfast at the Jamison Views Restaurant is very pleasant too as it has great views. Location is also great at the heart of Katoomba. Highly recommended and definitely a covid-safe stay for a family holiday

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed some relaxing time there and in the Blue Mountains. The hotel is very quaint and we loved the historical photos. It definitely has the antique old-time vibe. Clean rooms are very important, and I was very happy with how clean the room was...plus crisp white bedding and huge fluffy white towels. We LOVED the Jamison Restaurant and Tuan was such a fantastic, personable host. The menu selections were fantastic and the chef was spot-on. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Amazing service, staff go above and beyond the call of duty. Very friendly and polite. Professional and approachable. Well don’t in your choice of employees.
Beautiful view. Just stunning. And the seating takes advantage of the wonderful view.
Easy to find. Plenty of parking.
Delicious food. Loved everything I had, highly recommended the steak, the sauce is beautiful.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Mountain Heritage. We loved the old worldly nature of the building and the spectacular views.
We were fortunate enough to visit whilst it was snowing, and the building provided the perfect setting to curl up by a number of fire places, enjoying wine and relax!

Stayed at the hotel while at a conference in the same hotel.
Room was well looked after, clean tidy and had everything you need for winter stay.
Staff were super friendly especially the receptionist who came out in the middle of the night, twice, to help us out. Really appreciated to those who go above and beyond!
The hotel has an attached restaurant with good food and little bar, lots of fire places throughout.
