Fiona Molen founded The Cake Studio in Perth in 1994 and has been passionate about cake designing ever since. She has a special interest in creating stunningly beautiful wedding cakes that taste unforgettable. Fiona also has many regular clients who return for christening cakes, birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, engagement cakes, cupcakes, corporate cakes and cakes for other special occassions.
Located in the Perth suburb of Gwelup, The Cake Studio has an impressive range of cakes on display along with hundreds of photos of their recently created masterpieces and testimonies from many delighted clients (who often return for birthday cakes, anniversary cakes and christening cakes just to enjoy the cake again!).
The Cake Studio offers an exclusive range of cup cake designs and cases. Cup cakes are designed according to your particular requirements and are available in a variety of flavours including chocolate mudcake and white chocolate mud cake. A keepsake cake to be placed at the top of the stand can be made to compliment the cup cake design you have chosen.

We never received our wedding cake with The Cake Studio putting the incorrect date in their calendar despite the correct date being on invoices etc. Hugely disappointing and nothing really offered by way of compensation thereafter (except after further complaints by family who were frankly outraged about it, finally another cake being offered despite us being very tolerant - I'm certain I'd never need another cake for 110 people anyhow). I'd be remiss not to warn other brides about this. We were lucky it didn't ruin our day due to our other fantastic vendors making up for it.

I could not recommend Fiona highly enough! She made our wedding cake recently and produced something that not only tasted amazing, but also looked better than we could have imagined. Fiona’s enthusiasm about making the cake helped to add an extra element of fun to the process. She was completely open to any idea we had, while still adding her own professional touch and suggestions. Our wedding guests raved about both the look and taste of the cake. We will definitely be visiting Fiona for our next special cake!

We had our dream wedding cake created by the lovely Fiona from The Cake Studio, the process from start to finish was a pleasant one, at Fiona's studio her many displays and albums provided us many ideas and what to expect, she was even lovely enough to let us sample some of the flavours, which were delish!
