We dont take on residential work to fill in gaps between large commercial projects. Residential work is what the practice is built upon. We get our clients involved in the design process to ensure that they are intimately connected to the project from its inception.

We design houses across all areas of Sydney. As a small architectural practice we help the average home owner achieve and realise their goal of building or renovating. Our advice and service is sound and practical. We listen to our clients and provide design solutions that are innovative and technically resolved.
Our services are staged, which means we provide you with only the services you require or really need. Some clients (typically with smaller and less complex types of projects) simply require building approval in order to start building. Under this level of services, we design and prepare the necessary documentation and co-ordination for submission.
Short answer is yes. However an architects job is to ensure that the design complies with both Councils Local Environmental Plan (LEP) and Development Control plan (DCP). If the design has taken both of these documents into consideration and the Statement of environmental effects report provides sufficent evidence of such compliance than refusal in unlikely.

The site is situated one street removed from Kogarah bay, with an elevated topographical profile. The client brief was for Hampton inspired residence which would take advange of the views above the roof line of the building across the road. The design response was for a three level building comprised of a large semi inground garage, and two residential levels sitting above this platform.
