I first met Tyson, when he promptly arrived at my door with an appraisal I had requested for my house. He was extremely friendly and approachable. He produced a well thought-out and detailed appraisal. He was enthusiastic and because he lived in the area, was able to give a clear run down on properties and price expectation at that time.
