We are happy to offer younger guests and students a 20% discount on cutting and primary colour services all day on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fridays, and on Thursday until 3pm. Discount available to Children under 16 years and students (Student ID required). Not available in conjunction with other offer or promotion.

Have seen Mark twice now and have been over-the-moon with my haircuts so far. His many years of experience is reflected by how thorough he is with the cut/consult and the practical advice given about keeping my hair healthy. I never feel pressured to buy products but the ones I have bought from his advice have improved my hair dramatically. A HUGE thank you to Mark, your miracle-working hair stylist. It was our son's wedding day in two days' time and my wife went to another hairdressing salon for a minor tidy-up of her hair in advance of the big day. What a disaster that was; the other salon didn't listen to my wife's request, went to town on her hair, cut from areas we specifically said not to touch and destroyed her hair - she was devastated. An amazing experience all around. Not only did they fit me in at last minute. Rani did an amazing job at my full head of foils. I cannot fault it at all. All of the staff were bubbly and bright and it made such a difference to my day! Can not recommend this salon enough. Thank you :)

After my appointment at another hair salon was cancelled the day before, I had the task of finding an appointment to have my hair curled for an event.
From the moment I spoke to Kym on the phone, she went above and beyond to fit me in at my desired time.
The actual service was above my expectation, customer focussed and really has that overall feel that Sublime is the place to go and rejuvenate while being pampered! The staff were magnificent, Kym was amazing and actually took her time to deliver.
The manager was present, taking time to individually walk around to each clients station and check

While the haircut I received was fine and the pressure point massage was nice, the rest of service was extremely overpriced ($95 for a haircut and styling I hadn't asked for- in fact I said not to worry and just blow dry so I could leave), and I've never walked away feeling so heavily judged by a hairdresser and uncomfortable from an experience at a salon. I'd come in after colouring my own hair at home, and it was very dry. I'd expressed I was not going to do that again, wanted to give my hair a break and wanted a cut. I saw the stylist pull faces while working on my hair, she asked with attitude

Not happy. Came in for a Blow Dry at Sublime Hairdressing Garden City. Was specific about the time factor - I had an hour - which for a blow dry is reasonable. Nice hairdresser but the hair wasn’t what I wanted - I showed a picture - she assured me that she can do it. Please next time - if it’s not possible to do the hair style then please tell… the client straight away. They did ask if I can come back and they can fix it - but I did tell them that I’m pressed for time today - so unable back for them to fix something that should have been done right in the first place.

Just had my hair cut by the wonderful Carly. Great experience all round. She’d cut my hair last week, talked me through it, gave great suggestions and I left with my hair looking exactly as I asked (long concave bob) Unfortunately I wasn’t able to style it as well as she had at the back...so came back today - a week later - to get the concave cut straight. She did another great job...and even though it was another style, she didn’t charge. Very impressed by the commitment to customer satisfaction! Thank you Carly and the Sublime team.

They were advertising for models for their training session so I made an appointment for 5pm the next day. After rushing home from work to get there in rush hour from Ipswich I was told that training was cancelled until next week. No phone call to save me the trip. Very disappointing and unprofessional! Never going there again!
