At Physio Alive, we are passionate about keeping people well and active at all stages of life. Your health and wellbeing are paramount in everything we do. Mobility has an impact on your everyday life and how you live it. We believe getting the most out of life means moving well and feeling alive.

With two clinics located in the beautiful towns of McLaren Vale and Aldinga Beach, South Australia, Physio Alive offers a range of treatment options and can develop customised programs to suit your individual needs. Our experienced, dedicated and highly-qualified physiotherapists, each with their own specialised areas of interest, are keen to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Services
At Physio Alive, all of our physios are experienced musculoskeletal clinicians, each with their own areas of expertise and together we offer a comprehensive service. Musculoskeletal physiotherapy involves the assessment, treatment and management of issues affecting the bones, soft tissues, joints and often nerves.
At Physio Alive, we know that pelvic health issues like incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and painful intercourse (dyspareunia) can seriously affect your quality of life, and may not always be understood by your average health professional. That's why we're fortunate to have an entire team that is educated about these conditions by our pelvic health physiotherapists and able to recognise when more specialised help may be necessary.
At Physio Alive, we are passionate about moving well and being active at all stages of life, starting from the very beginning. We work holistically, treating both the child as well as working with parents and schools/other care providers where necessary. Physio Alive director, Brea Cranage is particularly passionate about providing paediatric services, has completed further training in this field and sees many children under the NDIS scheme.
There are few times when it is tougher to stay active than when you're having cancer treatment, but perhaps even fewer times when it is more important to. Having a trained professional in your corner to develop an individualised program can help to maximise your recovery, regain physical and emotional strength and stamina, and make physical movement a part of your everyday life.
At Physio Alive, our supervised group exercise sessions are an important part of our holistic approach to injuries, illness and overall fitness. Across our two locations we offer over 40 supervised, small group sessions each week. We offer general equipment based classes, mat based classes as well as several specialty classes for women's health conditions/pre/post pregnancy and oncology (PINC program) classes.
