Justin is the director and founder of Insurance By Design Pty Ltd and has over 30 years' of experience in the Insurance Industry. First employed by an underwriting management agency, his career as an insurance broker started in 1994 with an international broker. He has held senior account management and business development positions with 6 years of successfully managing both roles at AB Phillips before starting Insurance By Design in 2006.
