Professional Indemnity Insurance for the Engineering Sector has been challenging for the past few years and in the last 6 months become even tougher. I have been with them for over 3years now, they are absolutely professional and easy to work with, my recent claim they guided me throughout the entire process and weekly they kept me up to date and got the best possible solution for me. A big shout out to shivi who we have been dealing with, she is fantastic to work with, would recommend anyone CIA.

Several errors were made by this company. They originally provided insurance for 3 family cars. Despite many years of us using their service, in recent times their prices rose and were no longer competitive. We started to move away.
In addition as we moved policies away we needed to correct multiple mistakes made by staff. Wrong cars connected to policies and wrong policies cancelled - a disaster!
Then when we went to make a complaint and seek a resolution - nothing. An incredibly rude Supervisor (Leanne) who took no responsibility and was not prepared to work toward a resolution.
DO NOT USE

If you want a Broker that can get it right first time everytime - then consider CIA. If you want a Broker that remembers you're a real live person and needs a professional who will assist them with kindness and care like you really do matter then definitely give CIA a call. I've used this mob for years & suggest you do too !!
