I’ve been using AB Phillips for number of years and they have always been fantastic. They have a great team and are able to help out with a variety of insurance. This year the insurance market was more difficult and getting my business insurance due to high risk was almost impossible. But my account Manger Joel Treadwell never gave up trying working outside of office hours to get the insurance. Have been using this company for over 10 years but if the service continues I may need to start looking.
It should not take more than one day to respond to an email or put an email pool into practice.
It’s not only the time to respond but also the response or lack there of.
Don’t make me resend my emails.
