Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout incorporating boxing moves like punching, kicking and skipping plus strength and abdominal work - all focused on fitness and toning.

Pilates classes consists of low-impact movements that focus on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements, emphasizing proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Stretch classes are designed to relax your mind as you stretch deep into your muscles and muscle fascia. We have those with disabilities, some in wheelchairs, and we don't mind how fit or unfit you are, or how coordinated or uncoordinated you are.

Awesome Zumba lady who holds special events like the breast cancer plus Halloween. Includes everyone even those in wheelchairs which really warms my heart ❤️ beautiful lady and great teacher

Love Miriam's zumba classes. Highly recommend. Dance, exercise and fun. Miriam introduces new songs and moves frequently, which make not only your body but also your brain work. This is in particular beneficial for older ones - prevents dementia.

Miriam is amazing, and I have deeply valued and appreciated her support over the last year! She is so generous with her time and care and knowledge. She is so passionate about helping people to be as healthy as they can be and to feel as good as possible. Big love and thank you’s to Miriam! I've been attending Miriam's Zumba classes now for over 18 months and they're a great way to get fit and just to have fun with music in the background. Miriam is absolutely passionate about these classes and it shows in every routine.
I'd been hearing about her 8 week health challenge for some time now and decided to jump on board during the… Sept-November period before a big overseas trip coming up early next year. I highly recommend the 8 week challenge, not just because it is a means of losing weight that works and actually tastes good but because it is a whole new way of thinking about

I cannot recommend Miriam enough. Everything she does she does for the benefit of the people she’s helping. She helped me with supplements, just because she could without caring if there was anything in it for her (and they have changed my life, I will continue taking them forever). I am currently enrolled in her 8 week challenge and I have learned… so much and am seeing the changes I want. No question is silly and she always replies (and it’s actually her replying). She has offered help and suggestions on healthy options for my kids which she doesn’t have to do and she

I've known Miriam for around 5 years now and have attended many of her classes along with private training sessions. She is dedicated to helping people reach their individual goals and even the exercises in her group classes can be tailored to suit different levels of fitness.

Loving Zumba on Wednesday mornings! 🙂 I've been about 3 times and have felt very welcomed each time. There's a great bunch of ladies that attend and Mim is a super fun instructor. So glad I started going! I'm looking forward to next week already! 💕
