Services
Our pricing structure works like a membership plan - allowing you to access a certain number of sessions (or classes) per week. This enables you to work to the financial and exercise commitment that suits you. You will be required to book in at the start of the week to the sessions/classes that you would like to attend within your chosen session package.
For as long as I can remember, I have had a strong interest in the human body, how it works and how to make sure that it is kept in a peak condition. I have always been athletic so this interest then grew into a want to help others to realise their own potential. I have worked in the industry throughout my working life - build up others to levels that that want and achieving their goals while achieving my own personal goals along the way.
My story begins with my own weight loss and fitness journey with Body Renovation Experts. For years I struggled to lose and maintain my weight - going up and down, doing every know diet written only to fail again. Success would come and then bam. I would put some of the weight back on. Believe me I truly know how hard this journey is and especially trying to do it on your own.
