The Balaclava Hotel is a versatile function and event space, with areas that can cater anywhere from 10 to 60 guests. We specialise in private and corporate events; everything from conferences to birthdays, engagements and wedding receptions. We're able to tailor our rooms and event experiences to what you need, with cocktail, conferencing or seated menus.

Pretty upset, Go to balaclava a lot and have always enjoyed my experience. Went for lunch today, kids meal no longer come with ice cream and they’ve increased the prices, then paid $20 for two choc brownies that looks delicious, for it to come out looking NOTHING like advertised. And strawberry sauce.. YUCK

Wasn't happy with our lunch time visit to this place, would not go back, therefore could not recommend. For starters no printed menus, you have to access via your phone which is bad for older people like myself. My phone is for phone calls and messages, not reading MENUES, it is too small. Our lunch, roast of the day, was only warm and the pork was dry and unpalatable. We were going to order coffee and cake but decided not to bother. Our friends ordered a side of vegetables, the picture showed a mixture of vegetables but what was brought to the table was just a dish with broccoli and beans, it
