Our apartments are self-catered - they are (very) clean upon arrival but after that you are left alone. A telephone close to the safe is available to contact our after-hours service which will give you access to the safe.
I stayed two nights at this lovely resort on a trip up to FNQ. Loooved the pools, especially the lap pool, which allowed me to do some exercise and also cool down in the summer heat. It is away from traffic, and has a lovely little path down to the beach, which is maybe a 5 minute walk tops. The staff was also super lovely and allowed me to store my luggage on the last day, as well as providing me with some useful tips.

Awesome experience! Room, pools (4) and grounds were impeccable. Staff genuinely friendly, helpful and generous. Very grateful for the chance to check in early and room upgrade.
Would give 6 stars if I could.

Even though my partner and I didn't stay at the resort, we had the pleasure of speaking to a staff member by the name of Mathew. Our government has restricted us from traveling interstate, so we had to cancel our trip; Mathew made the refund process extremely quick and easy, he was understanding and showed empathy towards our situation! Exceptional service !

I have never seen an accommodation that offers just one towel for each person fir 5 nights. Manager and receptionist not so friendly. Dust on lamp and on surfaces. They refuse to give the remote control to regulate the temperature in the room...you have just one card which can just turn on/off the airco. When we arrived, we booked a budget room with 1king size bed, we found 2 single beds. No flyscreens. Grass not cut around the pool. No lights in the room. 5 night we found just enough coffee for one person and not enough milk. They never refill toilet paper: in 5 days we had just 1.5 roll. Toilet

We absolutely loved this resort and it's staff! Since the moment we arrived, nothing was too much to ask. The reception staff helped us to organize a last minute tour and the ladies at the cafe were really lovely and accommodating (plus breakfast was delicious). We will definitely be back one day and already recommended it to so many friends.

For: Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Palm Cove is best place to stay in Cairns area. Family apartment had a separate hotel room with bathroom and fridge for kids as second bedroom, which kids loved.
Against: Pools were all freezing. No jacuzzi, no heating in pools. Buddha is watching at every turn. He is on cushions, life size above beds watching you undress and endless statues inside and out.
This is not a wellness spa, unless Buddhas and an optional remedial massage visiting the motel for his usual fee makes a motel a wellness spa, but it's a good motel/resort if you don't want

Stayed 6 nights in July. We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The rooms are the biggest we have ever seen. we had seating for about 20 people, lounges, chairs, ottomans, dining settings indoor and out. All units have pool frontage because 4 pools meander through the property. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. All units are slightly different as they are individually owned. I would advise not staying in unit 1 as it is poorly set up but certainly comfortable. Would stay again.
