Services
Through play children establish, investigate and build relationships and connections with other children, adults around them, the environment and their communities. These connections and relationships, in turn, allow for children to express who they are, what their ideas are and build understanding of how they affect and are affected by people, places and the environment around them.
From the moment I started school at the age of 5 I dreamed of being a teacher. Now after having worked as a teacher for almost 40 years, it should come as no surprise that education is my true passion. Studying back in the 70s in Sydney as an Infants / Primary teacher, I began my teaching journey in Special Education.
At Beach Kids, our philosophy is to raise the standard of what parents, educators and children expect from an early childhood learning (childcare) service. Beach Kids' extracurricular activities allow each child to experience a world of creative engagement through movement, play and physical activities.
In addition to lunch, morning and afternoon tea being lovingly prepared for children onsite by our centre cook. Our cook holds a Food Handling Safety certification and comes with years of experience in the food service industry. Menus will be displayed for parents on a weekly basis. The kitchen is also licensed and registered.
Beach Kids Early Learning & Preschool will observe your child's learning so they can build on it and plan the next steps using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). The EYLF is part of the Council of Australian Government's reform agenda for Early Childhood Education & Care.
