Seor brings everything, prepares, cooks and serves from his gigantic Spanish pans and then disappears! He never even steps inside your kitchen. Fresh paella cooked right in front of your guests to your requirements and our very high standards!
Paella (pronounced "pa-e-ya" with the "e" as in "let") is part of Spanish culture and has been around for centuries. This wonderfully adaptable dish originates from the establishment of rice in Spain and a time when Valencian peasant workers cooked their rice in the open and added whatever ingredients were available.
There's something very impressive and luxurious about having a personal chef cook for you. Add to that the spectacle of authentic paella, cooked and served in the open from giant pans, and you have the perfect recipe for an unforgettable party. All you need to do is decide what styles of paella your guests would like; the ever popular seafood, Paella de Mariscos, the deliciously meaty Valencian style or the contemporary and stylish vegetarian.
You can choose any or all of our traditional paella recipes; meat, seafood or vegan. Each authentic recipe uses genuine Calasparra rice, first grade saffron threads and the finest, fresh, local ingredients. However, just as the Valencians have always made adaptations to suit availability, so you too can speak to us about your particular requirements.

Just wanted to say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Robert for catering my husband's birthday party Saturday night! He was so helpful from the very first conversation I had with him up through the party. Everyone raved about how fantastic the paella dishes were! I secretly was glad a few people didn't show....so we were able to have the leftovers that Robert had packed up in containers.
