We are a Catering Company that is situated in Mooloolaba on The Sunshine Coast. We specialise in Spit Roasting and creating delicious Buffets to be served by our staff to your guests. We also offer Hot & Cold Finger Food Menus, as well as a delicious Dessert selection of which some are made by us on site.
We can even Roast Whole Porks (pigs) Decorate them with Fruits and Herbs for a magnificent photo opportunity. These animals are specially sustainably sourced from farmers on the Darling Downs, whom give them a very happy life, which is very important to us.

This is what you will see as a guest at any of our Wedding Functions for the Safety of your guests. Your Questions answered: For your viewing, this will help you to understand the Wedding Industry Guide, to all involved. Each supplier of which will be guided by certain rules that apply to them. This plan is seemingly aimed at Wedding Venues, but if you are engaging a Wedding Supplier they will be able to refer.
We are announcing that due to the current changed conditions we have to operate, We have 3 different ways we can serve you. 1. Prepare, Cook & Deliver the buffet and handover to you to serve yourselves. This means no staff fees for buffets, just the price per head currently on our menus, we would deliver the food in foil trays for you to serve yourselves as a outright delivery.
Menu: Main Course Buffet: Choose2 meat choices from a selection of 4 succulent seasoned meats, Salads, Hot Vegetables choices, Sauces, gravy, cutlery, plates, Served from the Bain Marie by our staff, fully dressed & decorated buffet table with all the trimmings. Truffle & Cacciatore Salamis, Spiced Kabana, Chocolate, Baby dill cucumbers, Balsamic Onions, Yellow Banana, & Red long Chillies, Flowers, all served on timber & slate serving boards etc.

Included are napkins and all dipping sauces to compliment your menu. New- Antipasto Grazing Table: Available $25 pp Cheaper per head if teamed with a Main Course- ask us to quote. We had Kelsey and her team catering our wedding in April 2021.
The food was DELICIOUS, well presented and plenty of it.
One of the biggest hits of the night was the pasta bake. The next day we were almost fighting over who finished off the left overs. When you hire Kelsey and the spit roast company you MUST have this on your menu.
The week before the wedding the greater Brisbane area went into another 3 day lockdown.

The spit roast was beyond amazing and the perfect match for our Luau party. Not only was the pig so delicious that it just melted in your mouth, it was also beautifully presented that it was almost a shame to eat it....but we didn't waste any time tucking in. The salads were amazing too. They were so professional, on time, easy to work around and amazing fruit carving skills. I am now looking for more opportunities to use you again. Thanks for a great night.

We had a pig on a spit for our Christmas Party and it was superb. These guys were easy to deal with, offering suggestions to make our night better and were thoroughly professional. The pig was very tasty and tender and loved by all..
Highly recommended if you want something that everyone will enjoy and you don't have to worry abut cooking.

What a fantastic event...
Setting up with their spotlessly clean gleaming catering wares the eye for detail was so professional.
Tea light candles.. palm fronds.. fruit garnishes.. apples shaped like birds.. quality disposable cutlery.. plates.. serviettes etc made it an above average Roast Pork Luau..
Four individual salads.. Rice... pasta.. tossed salad and a caesar salad looked and tasted fabulous. Roasted chat potatoes .. apple sauce sour cream finished the main meal selection.
I have never had such delicious pulled pork.. our choice rather than sliced pork.. and crispy tasty crackling

A huge Thank you to Kelsey and the team for the fabulous spit roast they put together for my husband's 60th birthday. The food was so delicious, the salads fresh and the roast potatoes to die for. Every thing, from the set up, table decorations, beautiful lay out of the food, professional serving to guests and unobtrusive pack up, was perfect. Kelsey was so wonderful to do business with.
